Why should I go to El Salvador?
El Salvador is home to smoking volcanoes, tropical beaches, national parks, coffee plantations, cultural charm and friendly people.
El Salvador is, at once, the smallest and the most densely populated country in Central America.
The housing shortage affects more than 944,000 families and continues to grow as the population increases. That statistic means that 6 out of 10 families live in inadequate housing.

Meet the Team Leaders: Beth Jean Evans and Craig Shreve
Between the two of us, we have done 13 habitat builds, in Cambodia, Kenya, Ethiopia, Honduras, Guatemala, Chile, Nicaragua, and Paraguay. We had each lead two teams separately prior to last year, but last year we decided to co-lead a team to Nicaragua and it was fantastic.
We’re looking forward to teaming up again this summer!! We learn something new on every trip, and we know that El Salvador will be no exception. We’re hoping you join us.
